Cliff Kayser

Cliff Kayser is a highly experienced and respected management consultant, trainer, and executive coach. With a broad base of experience in many facets of management and organizational development, he has designed, directed, and implemented training and consulting projects for a number of top North American companies.

Cliff’s enthusiastic seminar presentations and trainings are built upon his extensive knowledge and hands-on experience. With his warm, engaging, and powerful style, he relates well to corporate audiences.

As a consultant and coach, Cliff has worked with a number of professionals and small- to medium-sized businesses, as well as with the human resource departments of larger organizations. Cliff has extensive experience as a coach for executive team members, helping organizations move towards polarity management through values.

Cliff’s experience includes serving as Vice President of Organizational Development and Training for the National Cooperative Bank, a cooperatively-owned, Congressionally chartered financial institution in Washington, D.C. In this position, Cliff provided organization development and change management services to NCB and its 340-plus employees, including consultation to teams, departments, and individuals across the NCB family of companies. He also managed the Organization Development and Training team and applied his coaching skills to company leadership in the Washington, DC, headquarters and in branch locations in New York, Ohio, and California. Cliff spent nearly a decade serving The Washington Post newspaper and the corporate office of The Washington Post Company in several key management positions as Senior Organization Development Consultant and Corporate Manager of Human Resources, Training and Web Development.

Cliff received a bachelor’s degree in History and Business from Lenoir-Rhyne College, and holds master’s degrees in both Organizational Development and Personnel and Human Resource Management from American University. Cliff is also a graduate of Georgetown Universities’ executive leadership coaching program.

Cliff Kayser is a senior associate at The Wolf Group. With his extensive experience in organizational development, team training and executive coaching, his skills sets are an integral part of executing our organizational services. His ability to blend warmth and power translates into programs that are engaging to participants and create the results you want.

Cliff lives in Washington DC, where he enjoys working and gardening at his retreat center in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia and practicing Tai Chi, Yoga, and “Jow Ga,” an ancient form of Kung Fu.
