This is a tailored program based specifically on your organizational needs. Most managers and GMs commit to four to seven months of sales team tune-ups; many achieve success and continue on to address other organizational goals. It’s up to you, but we suggest a minimum commitment of four months.

Sustainability Options: Professional Coaching to Support Learning

The Wolf Group offers one-to-one coaching and group coaching services to reinforce the principles and skills learned in High Performance Sales. Working one-to-one with a professional business coach is the most effective way to achieve proficiency. Coaching to Support Learning includes three one-hour sessions for an additional investment of $525 per individual*. Group Coaching to Support Learning (5 participants minimum) includes two one-and-one-half-hour sessions of teleconferencing per month for three months for an additional investment of $450 per person*

 

*Rate represents a per-person price with a minimum of 5 attendees and a maximum of 15 to facilitate. All programs can be customized to meet your specific needs. Additional charges may apply depending on the extent of customization from the original facilitation template.
